Item broke within 7 months of purchase. The TV abruptly dies within seconds of turning on. Upon calling Vizio, they offered not to replace the TV but to replace a part. Vizio then told me that I should expect to hear the status of the replacement part in 7 to 10 business days, but if not, here’s another phone number you should try. I do not recommend.
